Amber joined Absolute Storage Management in 2018 as the Vice President of Human Resources and part of the Absolute executive team. Amber’s passion is around people operations, leadership, and organizational strategy and as the VP of HR Amber was focused on growing and developing the team and cultivating Absolute’s We Care culture. Her people and operational leadership skills were recognized and in May of 2022 Amber shifted into the Chief Operating Officer role taking on the operations team while continuing to oversee the human resources and training teams. Prior to joining Absolute, Amber worked within the Professional Employment Organization (PEO) arena where she was an Account Executive and provided business strategy and HR consultation to businesses of all sizes and industries across the US, including self-storage. Amber loves sharing her leadership tips, brining teams together through culture and is now focused on leading the operational growth at Absolute! Amber lives in Florida with her husband and together they have three amazing kids and two very spoiled boxers!
