I am very glad to have called her at the Tiger Storage U-Haul when the U-Haul at 7384 Raleigh LaGrange personnel did not show up for work and my reservation was not fulfilled. Ms. Hancock took the time to locate a truck and negotiate a rental for us. She did this all the while; being cheerful, positive, and courteous. She has a great personality!!!
