I was very pleased with the rate of the unit I used. Also, I was notified when my unit appeared to have a problem. The facility conducts daily checks of each unit; however, I was not notified until several months after my last visit that my unit was not properly secured. However, when I cleaned out my unit, I was notified the next day. I felt very safe while visiting my unit, even at night. There were several billing issues as well. I was not supposed to be charged an insurance fee on my unit for the first two months, but I was. Also, my automatic payment information was lost in the system the first two months I had the unit and I had to give the information again. Otherwise, I was pleased with the customer service and the office staff were very friendly.
