OPTIMIST CLUB RD. STORAGE Let's first say : I rarely give reviews, mainly because it's hard to get good service these days - anywhere. It's rare anyone actually answers a ringing phone anymore. So, I will start out saying " A big shout out to OPTIMIST CLUB Rd. Storage - in DENVER NC. Everyone knows that moving is stressful and or storing items that we don't have enough room for after downsizing. This location is very convenient for me. As I am at the Lincoln County dump at least 4 days a week. When I noticed the sign last year - Storage would be coming soon. I was like score ! A brand new clean property at a great location. This property is very safe as well, cameras are all over this site. The property manager Nicholas Miller is superb ! Nicholas has helped me in more ways than I count ! I wasn't sure what size unit I needed. Nicholas took me around the property, showed me all the different sizes and together we evaluated what I would need. I then went home and reevaluated what I needed to store. Nicholas was spot on with the size. Here's the IMPORTANT part, the next day I gather my items ( which will take several trips). I unloaded and went to start my car to get more items. My car would not start. It was so hot that day ! I ran to the office to ask Nicholas for help. First he hands me a cold water ( Thank you!). Next he follows me to my car and he attempts to start it. Again it wouldn't even turn over. Nicholas goes above and beyond and calls his Father. Mr. Jim Miller - to help me. Mr. Jim Miller came to this location in less than 10 minutes! He jumped my car with his truck. They made sure I got home safely. Such wonderful people! Folks !! This is the place YOU want to store your items ! Nicholas going above and beyond to assist me as his Father did ! Let's get back to basics and help each other out , like these folks did ! I can honestly say, I rented a storage unit and met a good friend. Thank you BOTH from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, Lori Fitzpatrick
