Other than the fact Google lists the incorrect number, and the fact that leaving messages at said number, you'll receive no call back or response. After finding a different number, they picked up on the second ring. The lady that was on site stated she doesn't work that location normally. She was very helpful, hospitable, and honest. She helped me pick the unit I needed, and it's reasonable rate was quite affordable. She explained the rules and how if something were to happen and I get locked in/out. After going in to store stuff, I found it to be not only clean, but it was a comfortable temperature. It had no foul smell like most other indoor storage facilities often have housing old dusty, dirty, age old junk people can't seem to let go of. Over all my experience so far is a 10/10.

We started looking for storage units after deciding to purchase a fixer upper & temporarily downsizing while renovations are taking place. We decided to check out Augusta's Best Storage! Upon arrival I immediately noticed that the facility looked nicely kept & the gated keypad entry to the actual units (which was already a plus because we'd just toured another facility without a gated entrance) The front office was also very well kept & we were so nicely greeted by Amethyst. She walked us through the process, explained the referral program & move in amenities & then we went on to tour a couple units which ended being exactly what we needed! After assessing how much space we actually needed we booked online the following day! This was an extremely easy & satisfying experiance ! Amethyst was so amazing & we hope to continue having an awesome experience here :)

Called my local facility and talked with employee at 4:45 on July 10, 2023. They said office would be open until 6:00 and I said I would be there before they closed. Arrived at 5:25 and office was closed!! Called and talked with an answering service and they said they would message the manager and have them call me. We waited in the parking lot until 6:00 and no one called. THEN … the next day no one called either. We went again to the facility at 3:15 and office had a sign saying Open, but it was locked and no one was on the property. We have now made 2 round trips and have only wasted our time!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!
