First I was helped by staff figuring out the size needed, and finding me a first time rental discount. When I had trouble with my email, they gladly printed out the necessary rental agreement. When I called for details of removing the final belongings, Michelle made it easy! I was able to sign my paperwork online?? Moving is never easy—-but your staff helped us make it pleasant at the “hard stops!”

All staff was very helpful and friendly (I interacted with at least 3 different staff members while renting a unit there). Please see updated review below my older review below: I have a large climate control storage here. Each time I come up to get something out I see roaches and recluse spiders in the hallways and bathroom areas. There’s also metal mice catchers by doors but they’re all open with no bait??. One rat-mice bait station is right next to a side exit door with a large gap underneath the door. Can you fix these issues? I have things I don’t want destroyed by rats. On several occasions the front exit door has been open at night where anyone can get in as well. UPDATE 8-10-24 exit doors and side doors are still wide open for thieves. They’re open every single time I’m there. Anyone can just walk in the exit door and break in inside units. No improvement to the spaces under side doors. Mice rats and roaches can easily fit through. Open traps disguised as pest control. Moving to a more secure place. I don’t suggest anyone get a storage unit here if you have valuable items that need climate control. Owner: You didn’t seem to take it serious enough in your reply. Nothing has been done months later after initial review.

Called to reserve a unit was told a price. Drove to secure the unit and pay, no one was there. Called again and could not get anyone to return our call. Finally got her on the phone at the storage unit and the price was different and I was not getting the first month 50% discount. The lady had no explanation! I don't know if she was new or just didn't know how to do her job. After several phone calls and several driving trips to the unit, we finally got the unit at the price we were given with the first phone call. Unit is great. Wish they had better carts to assist with moving items into the unit considering the cost.
Update: 1-22-25 left messages in office and on phone for the management to turn on heat. 2 days later my unit is at 51 degrees today. Colder than our last visit... Read More

They are doing nothing Update: 1-20-25 Left another message for management and the facility is still 53 degrees inside. We plan on moving our storages out due to being ignored. They don’t strive in fixing issues. As they say below. Update: 1-11-25 Update: it’s 50 degrees STILL showing in the hallways but it’s freezing inside the “climate controlled units” please turn the heat on. I have expensive clothing that needs to be normal room temperature. Spending extra money to have climate control. The temps are way too cold. It’s ruining my things. In the summer it’s way too hot. It’s a shame when a place promises climate controlled storage and the temperature is 50 degrees or lower. I’m paying a pretty hefty price for this storage and that price has went up twice since I’ve had this unit. For the amount I’m paying I shouldn’t be freezing when retrieving my stuff storage do better.
I bought an indoor storage for a reason. Why is it FREEZING in there? I couldn’t even stand the cold. I feel like my stuff gonna get ruined >:O
