I had a very easy and efficient experience when setting up my storage unit. I didn’t see what I wanted on the website, so I called the phone number and was helped to find just the unit I needed. Keioda was extremely helpful with the setup and answered all my questions! We set everything up over the phone and through email! It was a very easy experience, and I am able to go see my the same day!!

Greetings, I've had the pleasure of utilizing Woodruff Storage Facility in Midland, GA, for over a year now and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of this facility. Not only that, in addition the front office provides a variety of cold complimentary beverages and snacks. Yummi! Also the restrooms are clean and stocked!!! Security is on point as well. There is a coded gate and a coded entry door. The elevator is a life saver and carts are available throughout the building. Payments are easy to make and conveniently located near the highway and o yeah, Chick fil A!!! ? Where are my manners; I must give a very special shout-out to Keioda, the manager, who truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of her position. Her kindness and professionalism make every experience exceptional. We both have large families ? and she always asks how my children are and takes the time to listen. Keioda is available to answer questions and ensure that this facility remains safe and well-maintained. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Keioda and the Woodruff Company for your outstanding service and for creating such a welcoming environment. The young lady who works there by the name of Keioda, was very helpful and greeted us with a warm smile and a hello when we first entered the facility to enquire about a storage unit for our possessions. She answered all our questions regarding the storage facility and unit - and made us feel at ease. She also delivered the best customer service ever. The facility is kept secure, and it is super clean and nice. This is by far, one of the best storage facilities in the area. I am so happy we chose Woodruff Storage at Lakeside!
