The facility in general is more well kept than most others that I’ve used. Never had an issue with pests or filth in my units area. Prices are reasonable for what you get. And the staff did a great job communicating updates after a tornado came through and impacted access to my unit. When it came time to move out and close my account, the process was incredibly simple and no one tried to shame or upsell me into staying which I sincerely appreciate.

They are the easiest people to deal with, incredible customer service. Units were super clean, and the place is very well maintained and feel super safe the way most of the units are tucked down in the valley. The move in process was PERFECT. They’ll email a gate code, you pull in, your units waiting l safely with a brand new lock on the floor ready to secure your belongings in the unit. Prices are great too! I shopped around a lot in the area before settling with them and I’m happy I did.

We have had so many issues but the main one is we have provided insurance documentation for the last year and they have been slick charging us 10 dollars a month for the storage unit for insurance. We have two storage units and one my son wasn’t able to get access to his unit when he was given security code to get in the gate several times. Also we couldn’t get the referral fee because he lived with me but yet they wouldn’t take my insurance because he lived with me as coverage because it wasn’t in his name? I’m sorry when did your children who live with you need to have home owners insurance? 3 weeks this has been going on and the Manager not once has called me and I’ve called up there everyday. Do Not use them and if you are using them make sure your not getting charged if you have provided them insurance documentation…

At the beginning it was the best storage I ever had, and I really like that storage, but but as soon as I was getting close to unpack my stuff and I put rating of 5.0 here it begins, there’s is small parking to the left of storage where some food place used to be and now land for sale, there is no parking sign of any kind. So when I was moving in I left my moving truck there twice so I don’t pay extra males. Got messages from Menager. That their property as well I apologize and never left truck there again. Then was unloading last time stop stopped there walked my dog sen manager outside sad hello and she was very unfriendly. I guess she had a bad day, walked across street got some food, ready to go to my customer police pulled in; check my id, okay I asked them what is the reason; they told me Storege manager called them saying I was sleeping in my truck; officer said you don’t look like you been sleeping and I didn’t. Officer told me they probably made mistake , and it not going to effect my lease. Just don’t stop on that parking lot. Okay I returned my moving truck a week later my access is blocked I checked my email; lease termination because I was sleeping in my truck on that day. So I called office she said it is corporate decision but she restored my access with a lot of lays till end of the month. I did find another storage started moving some stuff. But was not going to make it. So I did pay for another month. Because I was told my stuff going to action but they blocked my access. I called them they told me they will let me in only with moving truck in office hours; I’m working every day plus I got half of my equipment in my storage to make enough money to be able to move again. They would not let me in, I talk to my lower he said if they took your payment they cannot locked you out. So I called again and asked for a phone number of corporate office they refused to give it me. What should I do now call police to get in or pay my lower 500 plus to start working on them? This is a shame for company like that.
