I set up my rental online in less than 10 minutes. I called to confirm the location of my unit within the building and was given exact directions and turns to make. I was pleasantly surprised with the provided dollies. i feel that my items are very secure with the cylinder lock and having to use an individual code for the front doors. There are also multiple security cameras. The facility is clean and spotless with no worry that my belongings will be invaded by rodents or creatures of any kind.

Nice being able to rent a unit online. Not being able to see the unit or knowing where the unit is prior to renting isn't great. Coming in the first time not knowing where you could park and off load without being a no parking/ fire zone is bad. Coming in on a Saturday a few days after renting to signs on the door saying out of order with a sad face is worse. No information. Just a truck full of stuff and no way to get in. The office is open till 3 on Saturday but no one is there, it is 1230. The phone doesn't get answered and there is no message as to how long the doors to enter the property will be out of service. Do I come back later today, next week, next month? There isn't much to mess up for a storage site review but somehow this place managed to hit nearly all of them in less than a week. My experience hasn't been great.
