I will say we was scared to rent from Terry Storage after reading the last review. But My brother and I decided to take a trip and see for ourself. Glad we did. Ms. Jessica is so sweet. While walking the property with her looking at units, a customer was having a hard time getting her unit open. Ms. Jessica got on the ground and removed the object that was preventing the unit door from opening. I have never witnessed such a sweet act of kindness from anyone like her. Every unit we looked at was clean and ready to rent. So happy my brother rented from Terry Storage.

They said they needed my a copy of my licenses that’s I’ve sent twice already and had to provide before I could rent the unit. It’s now storming just about everything I own is now soaking wet and most is ruined. The temp code didn’t work even after they received my license. Upper management was also no help. While we prepare to purchase an even nicer/larger home so we can have room in the drive way for all our vehicles and furniture and I cant wait so we can remove our items ASAP out of that unit an into our home. Businesses be greedy, it's never enough. They never stop preying on their client until they mess around and lose them all!!.. Also, they property stay getting broken into. They force you to pay insurance and when your items are taken/stolen from there property. Despite the fact your paying insurance. They work with the insurance company and DO NOT reimburse you for your items that has been STOLEN FROM THERE PROPERTY. I have had #3 brake ins and they only reimburse me for one. My experience so far has been very frustrating. In making the reservation, you have to talk to someone in a call center who doesn't actually know anything about the facility. Getting someone at the facility on the phone is almost impossible. I threatened to find another unit on voicemail and someone called me. When we arrived from out of state, I didn't know if we actually had two units reserved. Fortunately, we did but they were filthy. The attendant on site said she would have them cleaned before we moved in. When we returned two days later they were still disgusting. We're at a point where due to timing we can't find another place so we're going to make it work. If we had more time, I'd find another facility.

This place is just bad. I rented and payed online for a storage unit. Was sent a confirmation email with instructions. The instructions do not give the correct gate code combination saying the code ends with a *, but only the combination and # button will work. I get to my unit Monday morning and there is a lock on the unit locking it open. Also because of there lock the door only opens half way. So I called customer which is just an answering service with no direct number to anybody that works for the storage. Insane!! I have waited 3 hours and loaded the whole unit with the door half open. I can’t leave until they get here to take there lock off!! My uhaul is supposed to be turned in as I write this review waiting for somebody to arrive and help after calling customer service three times and not getting one call back about what is going on. If something isn’t done about these bad business practices nothing will ever change!!
