We had a need to upgrade from our existing location and improve our payments. We did both at All Seasons. We even decided to close two other units we had and move to All Seasons.

The On Site Manager is very helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to help me out on a day that was very stressful for me. I do not have anything negative to say about the actual West Mobile location. We never had any issues locally, it was always very nice and clean and safe, but we rented a parking space for our RV. All was good but we sold our RV and no longer needed the space, so we called on 8/11/25 and gave notice of vacating. Representative said OK we will take care of that for you with no mention of needing to fill out a vacate form. Fast forward to 8/22/25 and monthly rent comes out of our account, so we call and say why did this come out, we vacated and notified you on 8/11/25. Representative says well I don't see any record of you calling but I will take care of that for you, and we will refund you money, but it will take 5-7 days for money to be refunded to your account. But still no mention of needing to fill out a vacate form! So, we rock on another week and still money has not been refunded so we call again (3rd time), and representative says I see where you called on 8/22/25 but did you fill out a vacate form and we are like this is the first we have heard of this. So, he emails to me, and I fill out and send right back to him. Should be done now, right? Nope yesterday we get an email about our statement and that payment will be drafting out of our account on 9/21/25. I mean what more do I need to do, geez. So today I called again (4th time) and of course can't get anyone to answer the phone, you have to leave a message and let them call you back and that was an hour ago and still no call back. Horrible horrible customer service. Guess my next step if they take out of my account again is to turn it over to my lawyer and let him deal with them.
