Friendly informative staff. (In house when theyre there) It's that they're NOT there when posted "open", nowhere, no roaming the site, nowhere. Saturday, no one, Monday, no one. Just a sign on the door that's says they'll be there at 9am. Call center staff HAS NO CLUE !! Units are on 3 different properties, call staff has no idea what is where. Purchased a unit to find it had no lock and was full of leaves. Some units are 2 feet of the ground as well. Definite swing and miss here. Phone jerk tried to call me racist because I told him when I was in there, there was a black couple working there, unreal, settle down Nancy.
