As our national self-storage portfolio continues to grow, we’re celebrating key team promotions and welcoming talented new hires who help drive operational excellence across our managed storage facilities.

Every new team member adds valuable expertise that strengthens our ability to support storage owners and enhance the customer experience at our properties nationwide.

Yadiany D. – Sales Center Agent 

We’re excited to welcome Yadiany as our newest Sales Center Agent! She brings a strong background in customer service and hospitality, with experience leading teams, resolving complex customer concerns, and creating positive client experiences. Yadiany is bilingual in English and Spanish and highly skilled in CRM systems, conflict resolution, and project coordination. Known for her adaptability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, she consistently brings a motivated, goal-oriented approach to her work. We’re thrilled to have her on the team and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make. Welcome, Yadiany! 

Tara B. – Senior General Manager 

Tara joined Absolute in October 2023 as an Assistant Manager at our Hwy 221 location. In August 2024, she advanced into the Property Manager role at Main Street Duncan, where she quickly made a strong impact. Effective October 2024, Tara assumed the role of General Manager, overseeing both the Hwy 221 and Main Street Duncan locations—a testament to her continued growth and success. Most recently, effective December 22, 2025, Tara has been promoted to Senior General Manager. Tara also successfully completed the Emerging Leaders Cohort 2025, further demonstrating her commitment to growth and leadership development. We’re excited to see Tara continue to excel and lead in this expanded role. Kenda C. – General Manager 

Kenda joined Absolute in June 2022 as a Split Assistant Manager supporting our Hub City and Pelham Road locations. In June 2024, she advanced into the Property Manager role at Hub City, where she quickly made a strong impact. Effective December 22, 2025, Kenda stepped into the General Manager role, overseeing both Hub City and Main Street Storage, an exciting milestone that reflects her continued growth and success.  

Kenda’s completion of the Emerging Leaders Cohort 2025 further showcases her investment in professional growth and leadership. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved achievement! 

Allison Y. – Regional Director 

Allison Youngblood has officially been promoted to Regional Director, effective December 29, 2025. She joined the company in April 2020 as an Assistant Manager and steadily progressed through Property Manager, Senior General Manager, and Regional Manager roles. Throughout her career with us, Allison has consistently demonstrated strong operational leadership and a commitment to high performance. In her new role, Allison will oversee day-to-day operations across her region, ensuring properties meet company standards, sales goals, and budget expectations. She will partner closely with Regional Managers to drive operational consistency, customer service excellence, and team development. We’re excited to see Allison continue to grow in this role and make a meaningful impact across the organization. 

Sam L. – Revenue Specialist 

Sam brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and customer service to Absolute. She originally joined us in November 2018 as an Assistant Manager and advanced through several roles, including Property Manager and General Manager, and then joined our Revenue Management team in August 2023. We’re excited to welcome Sam back to Absolute as a Revenue Specialist.
