At Absolute Storage Management (ASM) and all ASM managed facilities, the health and well-being of our customers and team members is our top priority. With the continued and ever-changing news about COVID-19, we wanted to share with you important information about our preparations.

All property team members are following recommended workplace strategies outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health authorities. We are also closely monitoring workforce changes to safeguard against any interruption in your service.

At this time, our storage facilities are prepared to operate as normal. Should that change, tenant access to the facility and units will not be impacted. All gate and entry systems will continue to work as normal.

Any modification to office hours or office closings will be mentioned on the facility’s website and social media, Facebook, page. Please reference specific facility pages for clarifications.

We encourage tenants to consider paying electronically, and if possible to set up an automatic payment via either credit card or bank draft. Our team can assist you with this if needed.

Should you need an additional unit, online renting is available online through the facility’s webpage, subject to availability. This process allows you to rent and gain immediate access to a unit.

Our team is working hard to keep the office and facility as clean as possible and we ask that you do your part as well.
