Raquel H. – Performance Development Assistant

We are excited to welcome Raquel to our Learning & Development team as our Performance Development Assistant. With a strong background in HR, compliance inspection, and career coaching, Raquel brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to supporting our team’s growth and development. She’ll be playing a key role in managing our mystery shop process and ensuring coaching follow-ups and documentation are completed accurately and on time. We’re excited to have her on board! Yasmin R. – Sales Center Sales Agent

We are excited to welcome Yasmin Richards as our newest Bilingual Sales Center Sales Agent! Yasmin graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature and brings valuable bilingual communication skills. Their strong background in customer service and sales, with experience building meaningful connections, will be a huge asset to the team. Welcome, Yasmin!

Sabrina O. – General Manager

We’re excited to announce the promotion of Sabrina! Sabrina joined Absolute in August 2022 as a Property Manager at Magnolia Self Storage. Her strong leadership and dedication have now earned her the role of General Manager, effective August 25, 2025. In her new position, she will oversee both Magnolia Self Storage and Colonial Drive Self Storage. We’re thrilled to see her continue to grow and make an impact! Congratulations, Sabrina!

Ashley C. – General Manager

We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Ashley! She joined Absolute in August of 2024 as a Floating Assistant Manager at our New Shackle property and quickly advanced to Property Manager of New Shackle in November of 2024. Her strong leadership, dedication, and impact have earned her the role of General Manager, effective September 15, 2025. In this new position, Ashley will oversee both Abbott West and Abbott Trinity. We’re excited to see her continue to grow and make a difference. Congratulations, Ashley!

Eboni W. – Regional Manager

We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Eboni to Regional Manager for the Atlanta, GA area! Eboni joined Absolute in August 2015 as an Assistant Manager and quickly moved into a Property Manager role, then General Manager, and most recently Senior General Manager. Her strong leadership, dedication, and consistent impact have earned her this well-deserved promotion, effective September 15, 2025. Congratulations, Eboni! We’re excited to see you continue to grow and make a difference across the region.

Zach B. – Strategic Marketing Specialist

We’re excited to welcome Zach Baird as our new Strategic Marketing Specialist! Zach brings a strong background in sales and marketing strategy, having managed product roadmaps, optimized campaign ROI, and supported client success at his previous employers. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Cum Laude, from the University of Kansas School of Business. In his new role, he will oversee key marketing reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights that support our strategies. Zach will also partner with operations, property teams, and vendors to improve processes, strengthen communication, and drive marketing success. Welcome, Zach!

Anna M. – General Manager

We’re excited to share that Anna has officially accepted the role of General Manager! Anna started as a Property Manager at Centro Storage – Myrtle Beach, where her strong work ethic and commitment quickly stood out. Thanks to her continued impact, she will now oversee both Centro Storage – Myrtle Beach and Centro Storage – Postal Way. We’re so proud of Anna’s growth and can’t wait to see all she’ll accomplish in this new role. Please join us in congratulating Anna on this well-deserved promotion!
