Melissa R. – Digital Marketing Manager 

We are thrilled to welcome Melissa as our new Digital Marketing Manager. Melissa brings years of dynamic experience in digital marketing, specializing in SEO, content strategy, and social media management. Her creative expertise and results-oriented mindset will strengthen our brand presence and drive impactful marketing efforts. We are excited to have her on board and look forward to the great work she will accomplish with our team. 

Michelle C. – Regional Manager 

We’re excited to welcome Michelle Conway as one of our new Regional Managers. With 20 years of experience in the storage industry, Michelle brings strong expertise in operations, team leadership, and driving growth across multiple locations. Her focus on performance and building high-performing teams will be a great asset. We’re thrilled to have her on board—welcome to the team, Michelle! 

Tracy B. – Regional Manager 

We are excited to welcome Tracy Bergmann as one of our new Regional Managers! Tracy brings valuable experience in the storage industry, managing multi-site operations and leading high-performing teams across multiple states. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving occupancy, and optimizing key performance metrics. Robert A. – Regional Manager 

We are excited to share that Robert Atkins has been promoted to Regional Manager! Robert began his career with us in 2021 as a Property Manager and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to driving performance. His dedication to excellence and passion for team development have made a significant impact. Please join us in congratulating Robert on his well-deserved promotion! 

 Jaila H. – Regional Manager 

Jaila joined Absolute in April 2022 as an Assistant Manager. She quickly grew, becoming a General Manager in April 2024 at our Woodruff and Woodruff Lakeside Storage properties. Her strong leadership and dedication led to her promotion to Senior General Manager, where she began overseeing All Season Mobile & West Mobile, Storage Box, and Freeway as of 9/30/2024. Now, we are excited to announce that Jaila has been promoted to Regional Manager effective 3/3/2025. We are thrilled to see her continue to grow and make an impact in her new role. Congratulations, Jaila! 

Janice R.K. – General Manager 

Janice originally joined Absolute in October of 2023 as a Property Manager at our Crestview property. Her strong leadership and dedication led to her promotion to General Manager effective March 16th, 2025, where she began overseeing Crestview Storage and The Storage Place. We are thrilled to see her continue to grow and make an impact in her new role. Congratulations, Janice! 

Brandy G. – General Manager 

We are thrilled to announce that Brandy has been promoted to General Manager, effective 2/10/25! Brandy has been a dedicated Property Manager in the Memphis, TN area, and is stepping into this new role, overseeing Storage Locker and Freedom Self Storage. Since joining Absolute in April 2015, her extensive experience and deep understanding of our operations makes her a fantastic fit for this next chapter in her career. Julie H. – General Manager 

We are excited to celebrate Julie’s well-earned promotion! She joined Absolute in December 2022 as an Assistant Manager at Star Storage – Canton. Through her hard work and leadership, she was promoted to Property Manager at Star Storage – Canton in November 2023. Now, her dedication and passion for excellence have led to her next milestone—effective February 16, 2025, Julie stepped into the role of General Manager, overseeing both Star Storage – Canton and McFarland Parkway. Please join us in congratulating Julie on this incredible achievement! We can’t wait to see the continued impact she’ll make in her new role.
