Our comprehensive policy protects the personal property of the insured and others for which the insured might be liable within the confines of the storage space detailed in the rental agreement. We also offer extended coverages, which include a range of risks such as windstorms, hail, water damage (excluding flood and surface water), landslides, and more. Additional coverages include burglary, rodent or vermin, mildew and rot, outdoor vehicle storage, and limited property damage; limits apply, speak to an insurance representative for details. These added coverages, along with Extra Rental Space, Transit, and Debris Removal, provide holistic protection for our clients without augmenting the total insurance amount.
