I understand some "cover your butt" statements but having to notify them if you take your boat or rv for a trip over 5 days and having to provide license, registration and insurance info for any vehicle you park there is too much. They also want your picture on file along with all the other agreements for "security" yet I watched 3 cars drive in behind other vehicles while having to give my id after my access was revoked until they had it on file. I was also told that the gate access code doesn't always work but I have use the app instead. I have had issues with the key pad code both times going there. I won't be renting from this facility much longer.

I have been a customer for several years and have seen a variety of employees come and go.I never complain because I know a person can have a bad day but the newest edition(Tami or Toni) in the office is quite frankly rude and unprofessional.I wish this company would keep Managers like Donesha,Mr Don or the young lady with the short blonde hair.After the stress of moving the last thing anyone wants to do is be treated poorly by office staff.My advice to the upper management/owners is do better at keeping the employees who go above and beyond.Aside from what I mentioned above I have very few complaints.
