Q1 2026 Performance for Absolute Storage Management Shows Expanded Footprint
MEMPHIS, Tennessee – Absolute Storage Management (Absolute), a leading third-party self-storage management company in the United States, announced its operating results for the first three months of 2026, ending March 31, 2026.
Q1 2026 Highlights (January 1 – March 31, 2026):
- Increased same-store revenue by 0.5% compared to the same period in 2025
- Increased rent per occupied unit by 1.4% year-over-year
- Secured five (5) new self-storage management contracts, including four (4) operating facilities and one (1) newly constructed property
Absolute’s 2026 same-store portfolio includes 99 stabilized self-storage properties since January 1, 2025. These properties average approximately 60,300 rentable square feet and have been managed by Absolute for an average of 8.5 years. In total, the portfolio represents more than 44,400 storage units and nearly 6 million rentable square feet.

New Properties Managed by Absolute in Q1
During the first quarter, Absolute expanded its self-storage management footprint across Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The company’s entry into Oklahoma represents a key milestone, further strengthening Absolute’s national presence and supporting its strategy of expanding into new markets.
This growth brings the company’s total portfolio to 146 actively managed properties across 16 states as of this publication.
