Second Quarter (Q2) Results for Absolute Storage Management

MEMPHIS, Tennessee – Absolute Storage Management (Absolute), a leading third-party management company serving self-storage owners across the United States, announced operating results for three- and six- month periods ended June 30, 2026.

Despite continued economic uncertainty and softer moving trends across the self-storage industry, Absolute maintained stable same-store performance while continuing to improve key operating metrics and expand its third-party management portfolio.

2026 Highlights for Three-Month Period Ending June 30, 2026:

  • Same-store revenue decreased 0.2% and same-store expenses decreased by 6.1%, resulting in a same-store net operating income (NOI) increase of 3.2% vs the same period in 2025.
  • Acquired three (3) management contracts for operating facilities.

2026 Highlights for Six-Month Period Ending June 30, 2026:

  • Same-store revenue increased by 0.3% and same-store expenses decreased by 3.9%, resulting in a same-store net operating income (NOI) increase of 2.6% vs the same period in 2025.
  • Increased square foot occupancy by 1.5% vs. the same period in 2025.
  • Delinquency balances declined by 16.3% vs. the same period in 2025.
  • Added eight (8) management contracts to the third-party management portfolio.

Absolute’s 2026 same-store portfolio consists of 98 stabilized properties that have been managed by the Company since January 1, 2025. These properties average approximately 60,300 rentable square feet and have been managed by Absolute for approximately 8.5 years. Collectively, this same-store portfolio includes more than 44,000 storage units comprising nearly 6 million rentable square feet.
