Caring in Our Communities
Over the last few months, Absolute Storage Management’s commitment to our We Care culture has continued to shine through the incredible ways our team members are giving back to their communities through Volunteer Time Off (VTO).
From supporting families in need to serving vulnerable populations, our team members across the country are making meaningful impacts in diverse and inspiring ways in their local communities.

In Sarasota, Florida, Corporate Programs Specialist Alexis Ferguson volunteered with Mothers Helping Mothers, a nonprofit organization that provides essential resources, such as clothing, baby supplies, and household items to local families. Alexis also participated in a 5K benefiting the organization, combining service and advocacy for an even greater impact. During her volunteer time, she helped sort and organize donated clothing for families accessing the resource center, demonstrating how even simple acts of service can make a meaningful difference.
Sales Center Agent Yasmin Richards chose to spend Valentine’s Day volunteering at Atlanta Mission’s Shepherd’s Inn men’s shelter in Atlanta, Georgia. Yasmin assisted in meal preparation and service, helping provide thoughtfully prepared meals to shelter residents while gaining firsthand insight into the organization’s compassionate care for individuals facing hardship. Inspired by the experience, Yasmin is now working with Atlanta Mission to help launch recurring family planning workshops at the women’s shelter, with hopes of expanding the program even further.
Learning & Development Manager Emma Liedy dedicated her VTO hours to Nourish Food Bank in Smyrna, Georgia, where she supported food distribution efforts during the Thanksgiving season. Emma assisted with unloading large-scale community food donations and packing essential groceries for families in need. Her work helped ensure local families had access to nutritious food while honoring individual dietary restrictions, allergies, and religious considerations.
Additionally, Senior General Manager Tabitha Harris, located in the Hammon, Louisiana area, has continued her dedication to community service through volunteer work with a nonprofit organization serving individuals with disabilities, while also preparing to participate in a local community clean-up initiative this spring.
These experiences are powerful reminders that our team’s impact extends far beyond our properties. Whether through food security, family support, disability advocacy, or shelter services, our team members continue to embody Absolute’s We Care value by investing their time, compassion, and energy into strengthening the communities they serve.
We are incredibly proud of these team members and all those who continue to use their VTO opportunities to create positive change. Their efforts are a true reflection of the heart of Absolute Storage Management.
