Michelle C. – Hybrid Regional Director

With over 20 years of experience in the storage industry, Michelle has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to driving results across her portfolio. Since joining the team, she has made a meaningful impact through her hands-on approach and ability to develop high-performing teams. This promotion reflects her proven performance, industry expertise, and dedication to our continued growth. In her new role, Michelle will provide both regional leadership and flexible, cross-functional support to best meet business needs. Krista H. – Regional Director
Krista has been promoted to Regional Director, recognizing her long-standing dedication and leadership within the organization. Since joining the company in August 2018 as an Assistant Manager, Krista has grown through roles including Property Manager, General Manager, and Senior General Manager. She moved into the Regional Manager role in early 2022, where she played a key role in supporting teams, driving performance, and strengthening operational consistency. As Regional Director, Krista will oversee operations across her region and provide leadership and guidance to Regional Managers. She will focus on aligning daily operations with company standards, sales initiatives, and customer experience goals. We’re proud of Krista’s continued growth and excited to see the impact she’ll make in this next chapter.
Jason Beekman – Security & Database Administrator
Please join us in congratulating Jason Beekman on his promotion to Security and Database Administrator! Since joining the team in 2019, Jason has held multiple roles, including Property Manager, General Manager, Revenue Specialist, Virtual Property Manager, and Technology Analyst, consistently demonstrating adaptability, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. In his new role, Jason will manage Salesforce administration, oversee digital security platforms, assist with data management and reporting, and provide technology support across the organization. Jason recently earned his Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certifications, further strengthening his ability to support and enhance our systems. His deep knowledge of our operations, combined with his technical skills and commitment to continuous learning, make him a tremendous asset to the team. Justin Hoover – Technology Manager
Please join us in congratulating Justin Hoover on his promotion to Technology Manager! Since joining the team in 2018, Justin has held multiple roles, including Floating Assistant Manager, Property Manager, General Manager, Senior General Manager, and Technology Specialist, consistently demonstrating adaptability, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. In his new role, Justin will lead the technology department, manage systems like Monday.com and Microsoft/lntune, oversee equipment deployment, and provide support and guidance across the organization. He will also streamline technology communications, maintain training materials, and ensure all tech projects are organized and executed effectively. Sarah joined Absolute in August 2023 as Property Manager at Milton, where she made a strong and positive impact. This milestone reflects her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Lisa D. – Technical Learning Coach
Please join us in congratulating Lisa on her promotion to Technical Learning Coach! Lisa joined Absolute in June of 2023 as Property Manager at Mullet Creek, Crestview Street and most recently The Storage Place. Lisa will serve as a key resource for training, coaching, and supporting team members in the use of our FMS. This new role reflects Lisa’s commitment to continuous improvement and her ability to elevate those around her. Alexis F. – Corporate Programs Specialist

Brian Zacharias – Regional Manager

Brian brings over 15 years of operations and property management leadership experience, overseeing large, multi-site portfolios across multiple states. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and improving financial and operational performance. Throughout his career, Brian has led property management, maintenance, construction, and customer service functions with a strong focus on accountability and efficiency. His experience creating scalable processes and leading through growth will be a great asset to our teams. Ranae B. – Revenue Manager
We’re excited to welcome Ranae to the team! She brings a strong background in operations and revenue focused leadership, with experience overseeing multi-location performance, improving processes, and supporting teams to operate more efficiently. Ranae has a proven track record of analyzing performance data, streamlining workflows, and partnering with leadership to drive results. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Ranae will be a great addition as we continue to strengthen our revenue operations. Mike M. – Regional Manager

Mike holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Tampa. With extensive experience leading multi-unit operations and high-performing teams, he brings a strong background in data-driven decision-making, team development, and operational excellence. In his role, Mike will play a key part in driving performance, strengthening team engagement, and enhancing operational efficiency. Chloe C. – HR Generalist – Talent & Team Member Relations

Chloe is a graduate of the University of Tampa, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. With several years of experience in recruiting and HR functions, she brings a strong focus on the full-cycle hiring experience—from job posting to onboarding to the overall team member journey. Chloe will play a key part in enhancing our hiring processes and strengthening the overall team member experience across the organization. Her contributions will directly support our continued growth and help ensure we are attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. Amanda L. – Sales Center Agent

Stevens N. – Sales Center Agent
