Garrett L. – Revenue Specialist
Please join us in congratulating Garrett on his transition to the role of Revenue Specialist, effective May 1, 2025! Garrett began with Absolute in June 2024 as a Floating Assistant Manager and quickly stepped into a full-time Assistant Manager role at our Star Storage – Buford location the following month. His strong leadership, work ethic, and dedication to excellence have now earned him this well-deserved promotion. We’re excited to see Garrett continue to grow and make an even greater impact in this new role.

Mike A. – VP of Accounting
We are excited to welcome Mike Aleckson as our new Vice President of Accounting! With 22 years of experience in finance and accounting, Mike brings deep expertise in financial leadership and operational strategy. His focus on aligning accounting practices with broader business objectives and developing long-term financial plans will be a tremendous asset to Absolute. We’re confident his strategic mindset and collaborative approach will make a meaningful impact.

Alexis M. – General Manager 
We’re excited to announce the promotion of Alexis! Alexis joined Absolute in April 2024 as an Assistant Manager at Augusta’s Best and quickly advanced to Property Manager by June. Her strong leadership and dedication have now earned her the role of General Manager, effective April 20, 2025. In her new position, she will oversee both Absolute Storage of Aiken and Augusta’s Best Storage. We’re thrilled to see her continue to grow and make an impact!  

Krista H. – Hybrid Regional Director 
We are excited to announce that Krista has officially moved into a Hybrid Regional Director role, effective June 2nd, 2025. Krista started with Absolute as an Assistant Manager in 2018 and quickly grew into a Property Manager, then General Manager, Senior General Manager, Regional Manager and now a Hybrid Regional Director. She’s made a lasting impact across TN, GA, IL, KY, MO, and OH, and we’re thrilled to see her take on this new role. Please join us in congratulating Krista on this well-deserved promotion. 

Eddie M. – General Manager 
We’re excited to share that Eddie has officially accepted the role of General Manager, effective June 8, 2025! Eddie joined Absolute in May 2024 as an Assistant Manager and quickly rose to Property Manager at All Season – Mobile earlier this year. Thanks to his strong leadership and dedication, Eddie will now oversee both All Season – Mobile and All Season – West Mobile as a General Manager. Please join us in congratulating Eddie on this well-deserved promotion! 

Leann W. – Senior Sales Center Agent 
We’re excited to announce that Leann has officially accepted the role of Senior Sales Center Agent! Leann began her journey with Absolute in 2015 as an Assistant Manager. Over the years, she’s grown into leadership roles as a General Manager and then Regional Manager. In 2023, she brought her expertise to our Sales Center and now, thanks to her strong leadership and dedication, she’s stepping into this new position. Please join us in congratulating Leann on this well-deserved promotion! 

Angelica L. – Revenue Operations Specialist 
We are excited to announce that Angelica has officially moved into the position of Revenue Operations Specialist, effective May 12th, 2025. Angelica will continue to lead our SBOA Tenant Insurance program, ensuring smooth coordination of incidents, claims, and insurance participation across properties. She will also oversee key revenue initiatives, including pricing strategies, competitor rate surveys, and the tracking of critical KPIs. Angelica will continue to work closely with our team to support financial performance and streamline operational processes. Please join us in congratulating Angelica on this well-deserved role! 

Michelle C. – Sales Center Administrator 
Michelle has officially stepped into the role of Sales Center Administrator, a realignment that reflects both her strengths and the evolving needs of our team! Michelle began her journey with Absolute in 2013 as a Property Manager. Since then, she’s made her mark across multiple departments including Operations, Learning & Development, and most recently, the Sales Center. Her contributions have left a lasting impact, and we’re excited to see her continue to grow in this adjusted role. Please join us in congratulating Michelle on this next step in her career! 

Brittany D. – Sales Center Agent Supervisor 
Brittany has accepted the role of Sales Center Agent Supervisor, an adjustment that aligns her talents with the needs of our growing Sales Center team! Brittany started with Absolute in 2023 as an Assistant Manager. Since then, she has grown through several roles; Sales Center Agent, Sales Center Lead, and now, Sales Center Agent Supervisor. Her passion, hard work and leadership have been evident every step of the way, and we’re thrilled to see her continue to grow in this new role.
