Absolute Storage Management Reports Q4 2025 Performance

Absolute Storage Management (Absolute), a leading private, third-party self-storage management company in the United States, today announced its Q4 2025 performance and full-year operating results for the period ended December 31, 2025.

Despite broader challenges across the self-storage industry, Absolute delivered steady growth, expanded its management footprint, and strengthened operational performance throughout the fourth quarter and full year.

Q4 2025 Performance Highlights

• Acquired one (1) new management contract.     

• Increased same-store revenue by 1.3% compared to the same period in 2024. 

Full-Year 2025 Performance Highlights

• Increased same-store revenue by 2.2% compared to the same period in 2024.   

• Increased rent per occupied unit by 1.6% compared to the same period in 2024.   

• Acquired seventeen (17) management contracts: twelve (12) operating facilities and five (5) facilities after construction.  

• Recognized as Best of Business in Operational Consulting by Inside Self-Storage (ISS).  

• Ranked top 10 among the Top Self-Storage Operators by ISS.  

Over the fourth quarter, Absolute expanded its management presence across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, bringing its total portfolio to 145 actively managed properties in 15 states as of this publication.
