It gives you the opportunity to add different things as you have room. I have always been happy with this storage facility, and this year, since the new company took over, and they hired on Michelle as an on-site manager, things have gone extraordinary. Michelle had to troubleshoot with a lighting situation in my storage unit and she did an awesome job at it, Solving the problem as quickly as she could. She has been awesome. She keeps the facility clean and keeps up-to-date with bookkeeping. When I call, she knows who I am, and what unit I am renting. She always has a smile on her face, and has that unique ability of being professional yet friendly.

I’ve been operating my staging business out of this facility for over 2 years. Initially it was family run but they sold to a larger company about a year ago. The first few managers they had on-site weren’t great but Michelle, who’s been running things for a while, is AMAZING. She truly cares about the property and works hard to uphold standards. She gives her all to her tenants and is friendly and engaging. She’s single handily turned this place around and even hosts community events monthly. I worked with the manager, Kelci, to select the perfect unit for myself. She took extra time, after hours, to show me numerous unit options and did not try to rush me into making a decision. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and really cared that I selected the unit that was best for me! I highly recommend Kelci as your "go to" person if you are in need of a storage unit! One last thing, her assistant Michelle was also very helpful and was a great support person during this process.
